Hotel Du Nord - Interlaken

I was pleased with excellent service.

Make sure to get twin room with a view of Jungfrau, a balcony plus comfortable beds...

Excellent location,, staff are so respected, helpful, smiling and always happy to advise and help.. breakfast is good and simple for warming after wake up.. rooms are normal not big not small.. first hour internet free... they give card for free transportation in the same area with discount for some other..

i think the price was little expensive for services provided... gym , pool , sauna and others are 5 mins away from the hotel

The location was particularly good and stunning, minute walk from Harderbahn Funicular. The hotel was in a beautiful area, short walk to boats that cruise the lake and 2 train stations and the centre and various restaurants, shops and a skating rink;))

Consider dining at nearby restaurants for dinner, as the hotel only offers breakfast, yet many excellent options are within walking distance.

Poor service attitude and very high cost for a so-called four start hotel with sub-standard rooms !!

Reception was excellent; Nathalie checked us in to the hotel, and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room had excellent views. Our room was very clean, and was a nice sized room. Very close to all city activities.

Not enough choices for breakfast. Hard to get in and out of the shower door.

Couples looking for a good time

The location was perfect and nothing beat the breakfast which was included each morning, amazing! Our room had a balcony that overlooked the field where the paragliders landed. So fun to watch!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

The location which is very strategic to city center and Interlaken Ost train station. Walking distance around 10-min to the town. Our room facing the main road to the town and mountains especially Jungfraujoch. Breakfast quite good, nice and enough for u.

Room not quite big for 4-star hotel yet still comfortable. Floor make a squeaky sound especially when you walking around the room.

The charming decor of Du Nord was both elegant and inviting. The spacious rooms were particularly accessible and comfortable for seniors like me.

A bit more accessibility features for seniors would help.

The hotel staff very friendly, and helpful, the location excellent, the breakfast good enough for the value, room clean, the location easy to go anywhere.

Need to pay for internet WIFI, but not too bad

The hotel is conveniently located close to the shopping area. It is a okay but rate is too high.

The location is unbeatable, right next to the center of interlaken, and the views are amazing. The breakfast far was great with a variety of freshly baked pastries and organic juices.

the lack of a fridge was inconvenient.
